2007年にハイチが北京五輪を記念して発行した切手です。
似たような切手としては、刺繍（ししゅう）切手がありますが、布を織る段階で図案が織り込まれている点が異なります。このことは、切手シートの裏面を見るとよく判ります。
2010年には、ブラジルからもセルフ糊タイプの織物切手が発行されました。

Haiti issued the first textile stamp sheet for Beijing Olympic in 2007. The sheet is similar to Embroidery stamps, but designs of textile stamps was drawn at the same time the "textile" is woven (See the Back side). Then, Brasil issued Textile stamp with self adhesive in 2010.
